   1,400--all Touch-Tone (push-button) telephones.
   All station-to-station, person-to-person, collect
   and credit card calls may be dialed directly to
   phones across the nation.

Coaxial and video cable:
   150,000 feet

Feet of cable:
   Over 500 million conductor feet -- enough to stretch
   around the world four times.

Tower:
   140 feet high. Can handle 30 simultaneous programs.

TV circuits:
   30 microwave channels and 8 wire channels

Video terminals:
   62

Special circuits:
   1,500

Central office:
   New Corona central office building serves Fair and
   surrounding area of Queens

Centrex service:
   Provided to exhibitors to enable them to dial all
   long distance calls directly and extensions can
   receive calls directly.

Touch-Tone Phones:
   Push buttons replace the familiar dial. The buttons
   are depressed instead of turning a dial.

Calls at the Fair:
   New York Telephone expects to handle 175,000 a day
